I received a phone call 20 mins before the guys arrived within the 7 to 9am time slot. They both worked efficiently and packed the truck safely and to the max on both trips. They followed my instruction to the regarding what had to go and what had to stay and were pilot and pleasant to deal with (even during the pouring rain) The payment process was accurate and easy.
